Information collected by the National Airlines Council of Canada (NACC)

By becoming a member, a board member, committee member, or subcommittee member, or by requesting information, or registering for an event offered by the NACC, you are giving the NACC permission to contact you via the contact information you have provided.

The NACC does not share or disclose your Personal Information without your express consent, or a permitted or required by law.

Updates or Removal of Information
Members are asked to ensure that their personal information is up-to-date and correct. Please inform us of changes to Personal Information. We will also provide to you the Personal Information we have on file. You may withdraw your consent to the NACC’s collection, use or disclosure of your Personal Information, but this may impact the NACC’s ability to contact or communicate with you and negatively impact our ability to serve you.

If a member of the Board of Directors, Committee or Subcommittee ceases to be an employee of a member company or announces a change of role that will end his or her association with NACC, then NACC will delete any Personal Information held for that individual.
